The park's restrooms have baby changing tables and separate restrooms adapted for people with reduced mobility.
Visitors who need them can rent electric scooters for people with reduced mobility for the duration of their visit. They can be requested at the Visitor Services office for €25, available upon payment of a deposit (€50) which will be returned upon return of the scooter.
The park facilities and the route are free of architectural barriers, or have alternative barrier-free paths that avoid bridges, stairs, or uneven surfaces. However, please note that, as the park is located in a natural valley, certain points along the route have steep slopes where visitors in wheelchairs without electric assistance may need help.
The park's information signs feature pictograms or augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems specifically designed to compensate for cognitive or linguistic communication difficulties. In addition, noise-canceling headphones, especially suitable for people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), can be requested free of charge at the Visitor Services office, available upon payment of a deposit (€20) which will be refunded upon return.
Visitors with non-visible conditions or disabilities who wish to do so can request identification with the official sunflower symbol at the Customer Service office. Through this international symbol, they can discreetly and cheerfully let our staff and other visitors know of their need for assistance or understanding.
