Description

Built in stone and wood in the style of legendary Africa, the Watu Village huts are circular in shape and can accommodate up to four people, with a double bed and up to two single beds. The Watu Village cabins sleep up to four people and have private bathrooms with refrigerator, hot/cold air conditioning and television.

The Watu village is located in the Mirador de Africa (African viewpoint), a unique environment from which you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view, with the Mediterranean Sea in the background and views of Gibraltar and the African coast on sunny days. Away from the walking tour of the park, it offers all the privacy needed for a quiet stay, with free shuttle service to the tour to continue enjoying Selwo Aventura.

Things to keep in mind
Check-in

Check into your accommodation from 15:00 on the day of your arrival. You can enter Selwo Aventura from 10:00 am, leaving your luggage in the luggage room.    
Check-out

Check out of your accommodation before 12:00 noon on the last day of your stay. You can continue your visit until closing time, leaving your luggage in the luggage room.
Opening hours You can arrive at any time and access your accommodation from 15:00. You will be attended at the reception desk during park opening hours.

As a measure against the exceptional drought situation, there are nightly water supply interruptions between 00:00 and 6:00 in Estepona that affect the park, with the objective of reducing consumption and guaranteeing human supply.

      • The maximum occupancy of the cabin is 4 guests including children under 3 years of age. Children under 3 years old can sleep in their own cot or you can request one, subject to availability at the time of arrival.
      • Breakfast is not included for guests with Bono Zoollower season pass staying with the special rate for one night in African huts. It is included in all other stays booked online through our website, stays with a 20% discount for guests with Bono Zoollower and guests with any other promotion, unless otherwise stated. 
      • Serengeti Safari Gift for guests exclusively in the assigned turn at Selwo Lodge Hotel check-in, subject to the park's operation, generally the day after arrival. Not modifiable or exchangeable for its economic value. Advance bookings are not possible. Shift changes due to force majeure subject to availability and additional fee of €5 per person, during reception hours.
      • Access to the pool for shared use for guests of Hotel Selwo Lodge from 15:00 to 20:00, except on the last day of the stay, subject to opening calendar and weather conditions (in Summer months). It is recommended to bring your towel.
      • Microwave available in the shared cabin.
      • Safety box available at Reception subject to additional payment.
      • All Inclusive, Romantic Pack, VIP Experience and Dinner at the Barbacoa restaurant are additional activities and services that can be added in the stay reservation process. These are additional activities and services that can be added in the process of booking the stay.
